Have been banking at this branch for years. Staff are always helpful and friendly xx

This branch is in such a good location but the people did not come to help me when I was the next person in the queue. I waited for around 20 minutes when there were only 2 people in the queue.

My boyfriend and I visited branch when passing they exceeded expectations by sorting all query?s there and then. Carolann is a credit to the store a very caring wholesome person.

I have been using this branch for years and I disagree with some of the nasty comments I'm reading below. Staff and Managers are friendly, professional and always ready to help! In modern era banks are closing down branches all over the Country so I consider myself lucky to have this NatWest open in my area.

Not sure about all these negative reviews.Mist people only come on here to moanPersonally always had good service here.I went there on Saturday to sort out some issues, A lovely lady called Abi was there helping everybody and got me a short notice appointment with another lovely lady upstairs called Sadhna...I got everything sorted and had a really good experience! They couldn't of been more welcoming or happier to help me. Brilliant

This NatWest Branch at Bexleyheath has to be one of the worst NatWest branches I've ever visited. The floor manager here a woman called Janet is very rude and tries to bully you into using a machine when you want to see a cashier. I wanted to make a payment to someone's account and she said I'd have to wait to see someone else who was dealing with another customer and would be at least a 45 minute wait. When questioning her I told her that I've never had to fill in any forms to make a payment at any other NatWest branches, to which she replied that other branches aren't following proper procedure. All I can say is thank you to Parvina at the cashiers who saw that I was upset with my treatment and helped me to make the payment without any form filling.

It?s one of the worst natwest. They know they are busy in the mornings but will only open one desk for you to get help, despite there being a queue going out the main doors. Always lots of staff to help with self service but none for any actual service you need. Even when self service is empty they still don?t put another staff member on the tills. It?s the worst bank to go into branch with.

The bank staff do their job well but banks only offer what they want to and not how I like to bank. The machines are ugly, clumsy and poor user terminology. If you are going to provide tech work it out before deploying.

Fingers crossed you have to use a machine otherwise you are in for a wait.Staff are tasked to push you to use a machine which means there are very few people at the counter, this means there is always a wait. They seem to have to get even very minor things double checked and signed off which adds to the wait as they are often busy.Thankfully whist your waiting there is a customer satisfaction survey on the wall next to you so you can see which banks will serve you better, sort it out NatWest, this is why high street banking is dying!

Abbey *transferred from sidcup branch * the short dark haired cashier, was so informative and extremely helpful. In my 6 year's of banking with Natwest never had this level of service. Fantastic customer care skills. She needs a promotion and a raise. Unfortunately not much can be said abt the rest of the crew. Seems to be a culture of rudeness and luck of care.
