It?s the worst service I have ever received. You took an order and told me to wait 10-15mins. After approaching you, you said chicken needs to be defrosted and told be can you please wait 20mins more.I took a walk around the shopping mall. On getting to the pickup area, I approached the lady at the till, and all she could say is chicken not yet ready, whereas you are serving dine in customer. You wasted someone 55mins at your restaurant and had to give refund back. This is not really right and it?s poor to treat customer this way.
So disappointed, as no staff member feels remorseful.

The only reason I'm giving a review is because of Edd, he's been amazing. The customer service that Edd is giving us today has been wow. GIVE EDD A RISE!! He definitely deserves it, not only for the customer service but also for the overall experience, understanding and patience.

food was amazing, served in half an hour. staff were also more than welcoming and kind, even when i asked for take away containers so i could give food to the homeless. shout out Ed and the gorgeous ladies who?s names i didn?t catch <3

Visited this branch 5 days ago really poor service manager screwed up order twice and was incredibly rude. Furthermore definitely some contamination going on as soon after eating the chicken I got food poisoning symptoms and have been suffering for the last few days.

Great experience at Nando's Bexleyheath.
Visited with my children and the food arrived within a good time frame and was hot. Great customer experience.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter has allergies and I was asked before ordering the food. Many other restaurants do not do this. Top marks to Nandos for taking allergies seriously.

this is honestly the best nandos i?ve ever visited. the chicken thighs were cooked to perfection, not too slimy. not too burnt. chips hot and crispy - chicken wrap chicken to salad ratio was perfect - you do not find this at any other nandos
all members of staff were happy smiley and helpful, restaurant is a lot nicer than that of other nandos restaurants - clean, spacious and not chaotic
i don?t often write reviews but im writing this on my way home from this nandos i was that impressed

I hate writing negative reviews and usually never do. But my lord?
Twice I?ve tried to go there and both times they?ve been entirely out of stock on many items?
First time: I arrived and it was pretty much empty and we just went to take a seat on a table as no one came up to us and we asked this women (Looked to be a manager of some sorts) if it?s okay for us to take a seat. Without greeting or anything, she just says, yeah you can but I haven?t got much left of anything.
Second time: Went in, got seated and then told they have no chicken and that it is a minimum wait of 30min? ended up leaving?
Not sure who runs this place and what type of management it has, but I think the Ops team need to come in and review their managers and check what their priorities are. There are branches that take 5x the volume then the one in bexleyheath but yet fails to keep anything on the menu. Im actually in disbelief at how they run their operations in there.
Nothing against the team members, they all look like they?re trying their very best but getting led by incompetent managers.
