Customer service is a non entity. Took 30 minutes to get 1 Big Mac, which was declared as ready for collection 20 minutes before I received it. In the end I had to make a scene.
Absolutely without doubt, the most useless branch in England.

I felt ill and dashed into nearest shop before I fainted (McDonalds Bexleyheath). Midday 01/06/2025, Zenab was BRILLIANT!!! Immediately helped me with ice and water and checked on me constantly. I told her boss how wonderful she is. Thank you Zenab. McD are lucky to hv you. Sorry I didn't spend any money !!!
