Transferred several hundred thousand pounds to my solicitor for house purchase yesterday morning, the staff in the information desk said it should be done after approval by the manager at the end of the day. However, I found that the money didn?t gone from my account today and then wasted several hours to traveled to the branch. Another manager explain that they don?t know why the gentleman didn?t do that yesterday and is on leave today. She will do the approval for me today and promise that transfer will be done at the end of today. But it fail again. Very disappointing?

Giving out wrong information on how to pay off my mortgage. Told me I didn?t need a sort code to transfer from my HSBC account to Lloyd?s mortgage. Cash machine had an issue would not give me 500 had to do it in 2 x 250 it was an issue with machine . When I spoke to the shop floor assistant she said it not to do with us and pointed to the phone call your bank she was unfriendly as I didn?t have a Lloyd?s card . She warmed up to me when she found out I had a mortgage with you

Got fed up with talking to machines over the last week, so just rang Bexleyheath Branch. Talked to the nicest young lady who sorted by 3 needs in a lovely, efficient manner.

Can't explain why they bounced a cheque, suggested asking the recipient of the cheques why. They can't make an appointment for me at my local branch, suggested I go in to the branch and ask to make an appointment. Then had the cheek to ask if we wanted to participate in a customer survey. Doubt I'll be a customer much longer.... what ever happened to personal banking services????
