Appointment on time. Josephine was excellent throughout my appointment, explaining all tests and procedures, very professional. Staff helped with my new frames and gave really good advice but only when this advice was requested. The whole experience was a pleasure. thank you

What a great service I received from Jasmine at Linklaters. I visited them as they are part of the NHS MEC's scheme, and they were happy to investigate my iritis problem. From booking on the phone, the reception upon arrival, the investigation and treatment plan - everyone was so helpful. Jasmine took great care in explaining my condition and the medication needed, and I would have no hesitation recommending them for any eye/vision related problems. In fact my family will now be having their future eye check ups and prescriptions there due to the lovely experience I received.

Friendly and helpful staff. All examinations explained. Showed l was developing AMD. Referral to hospital as urgent, appointment within two weeks.

I can honestly say that the professional service that Linklaters provide is second to none in my experience. I have been using their services for about twelve years, and I'm still waiting to meet a member of staff who is not friendly and extremely courteous.

They are so lovely and friendly in here. It?s so nice to get really good customer service and everyone is helpful. Really thorough examinations and when I did have an issue with my glasses they were really good and happily fixed them for me. They have a great range of glasses frames too. Little bit of everything and some unusual ones too.

Even though I was referred by another optometrist company for just a frame repair the attention and service Linklaters gave me were outstanding. Face-to-face and by phone, each person I spoke with was friendly and respectful, generous and patient with their time and advice, leading to a very satisfactory outcome.

Lovely optometrists and really took the time to make my mum, who has vascular dementia, feel comfortable and well cared for. Mums been going to the practice for many years and though she doesn't now remember, they do, and are always kind to her.

The staffs here are so nice and friendly. Their services and the selection of their glasses are so interesting. Am tempted to save up and buy a more attractive pair of glasses though. Honestly I would prefer to go to Linklaters than Specsaver. Love what they did with the place as well (Posted 3 years ago)I love how the receptionists are so friendly and cheerful during the horrible weather we're currently having.Josephine Evans is amazing, she clearly adapt to me as I have hearing impairment so she spoke to me very clearly and used hand signals which wasn't necessary due to her nice, clear voice but I do appreciate it though. I had her last time I had my eye checked up as well. I do wish her hands were warmer as it was still cold as last time lol.Overall, I wouldn't go to another optician, no offence to the rivals. I just love my time with Linklaters.I do wish the other customers weren't talking or laughing so loud as I really couldn't hear what the other consultant was saying to me. I can lip read but they were so loud, it just really put me off.They still deserve 5 stars though! (Posted 08/11/2023)
