Staff at this store are lazy. Got there ealry morning to be told they wont do refunds or exchange and wont give a reason. Didnt even get to the counter before getting into a heated debate with a staff member at the door. Nasty bit of work with grey roots on her head with orange tongue bar. Dont go to this store go bluewater. Much better service.

Lovely staff. But absolutely freezing in store. My hands like ice after 10 minutes. Had to get out and warm up.

The Shoe Manager Danielle is an asset to the store. After a major problem with customer services , I was very stressed. She dealt with my problem effectively and she was polite and well mannered. If I have any further issues , I know I will be seeing her. Although after the appalling delivery service and their customer services on the phone being disgraceful , trying to take back the 15 pound gift card I was promised as a good will gesture , I will never order and maybe not even buy , anything from them again !

I had the curly blonde hair manager help me in store she was very friendly, helpful and informative store was clean nicely displayed and had everything I wanted very happy with the quality of service I received 10/10 service.

A great visit, a very nice store worker, see how much I was buying & asked if I had the JD Status app advising me you get money back when u pay to spend instore. I downloaded it & yep, I got money back, which will come in handy with Christmas around the corner.

Shopped in JD this morning the young girl that served me wasn't helpful at all, asked her about if print on the back of shirts it was a straight NO.

Good shop geared to the younger people. Looked for trainers. Good selection bit only those in sale had a price on them so didn't bother.
