WORST SHOP. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't waste money here. If I could give zero I would. No queue and they still tell you to do self service. And removing the security tag is so difficult so I went to behind the counter to use the magnetic thing or whatever tool (on the self check out side as I couldn't reach) and I got told off ... When nobody even offered to help. The WORST SHOP EVER. WITH THE WORST STAFF.

it says it is open untill 19 but at 17:30 already closed

It was okay but I wanted to exchange a top and they didn't have it and also there was only one person on the tills on each floor and the lines were really long

For babies 0-2 the clothes are very packed on hangers and it's hard to go through with buggy. Little selection on boys items- girls is so much bigger and more.organised

Nice and spacious store, the men's section is upstairs as usual and spaces aplenty to use for trying on the clothes.
