Had both ears syringed on Friday at a cost of £70 which took about ten minutes, at this rate £420 a hour. Then end up with a infection which the doctors have to sort out.Avoid Hearbase at all cost. After a weeks treatment and another visit to the Doctors, found out my ear has been perforated, and will now have to wear earring aids, not bad for £70. By the way earring aids are not from Hearbase,wouldn?t trust them.

I have been here last year and had my ears micro suctioned and everything was great. This time I didn't have any wax even though my ear felt blocked. I was still charged the full fee of £60.00, which is ridiculous. Sorry to say I won't be back again. I wish I had gone to Specsavers, they don't charge if they don't find any wax. I feel as if I have been ripped off!Cindy CliffJust got a reply from the owner and I am confirming that I wasn't advised of being charged even if there wasn't any wax. Even a Wimpole Street Clinic near Harley Street don't charge the full charge if they don't find any wax. Sorry but it is a joke.

Hearbase Bexleyheath perforated my partners eardrum. She is in much pain and two weeks on the ear has not yet repaired itself and she may need surgery. Avoid these butchers we are seeking legal advice.
