This shop used to be great, but the staff are horrific. The younger woman who works there is so rude, to the point I started to worry I?d done something to upset her before we?d even begun talking. They also don?t do refunds, which is ridiculous, yet don?t tell you this when you?re giving them your money. They have a random piece of paper on the edge of the cashier desk which apparently customers are supposed to read?? How would we know that?? I had to settle for a gift receipt, but I never want to step foot in the store again. It?s a shame as I used to buy gifts there for every season and spend hundreds in there, but I?m not prepared to be insulted and talked down to.

Omg!! I love this shop!! Such beautiful items for sale. Not so good to take pushchairs, prams or toddler's in as too many beautiful items on display & within a child's reach. Staff are helpful, friendly & polite. If I won the lottery I would be in Gallery Gifts every day!! ??

It's a shame that dillip wasn't here today as he is very friendly and helpful as I was made to feel worthless by the two very rude members of staff that were there today a lady with glasses who just looked at me and finally said yes and a young girl with a very bad attitude

I absolutely love this shop for ornaments. I've been going there since I was a teenager. A few bits are quite pricey, but everything is gorgeous or fun and perfect for as a gift or a treat for oneself. I have bought many items from this shop for.myself and family.

Great place for a browse, it has lots of shiny pretty things, lots of merch and usual harry potter bits. Love the cata and wish there was more batman stuff. It is very expensive in here, good for getting limited edition pieces or niche gifts. Would be better if there were more affordable models
