Due an upgrade and wanted to look at different phones. Went for the late night opening at Bexleyheath; advertised on website and the door to close at 8pm. Arrived at 6.45pm as the shutter was rolling down. Wasted my time.

So initially I thought very helpful until I got home and checked what they had actually sold me. Completely oversold and lied to. After calling EE I was told that unfortunately this happens in store. The lesson here is 1 - don't go in store with EE. Or 2 - just don't use EE at all.
