A pair of uninterested jobsworths that decided they didn?t have time to process my sale as it was and they closed at 6pm, unbelievable !! All they had to do to test the product was press a button and listen to them. Never again.

Absolute jobsworth, unhelpful staff in shop. Told me cant use a voucher unless its printed off! ?Sorry its our policy?? making stuff up as you go along, always been told to keep receipt or takeA photo of it so you can redeem it. What difference does scanning the piece of paper or myiPhone screen really make you fool!Even though you can still fully check its valid. Didnt want to give me all the box and packaging for my A grade item neither.No other CEX stores have i ever found issues. Avoid these ? and go to another branch.Infruiating staff member 38594, if it wasn?t for the fact i travelled from Gravesend to get the item i would have told the miserable, sour faced rude staff member their fortune

I was in the store today and purchased two blu rays and the staff member didnt catch her name but her ID Number in the reception was 55178 which served me was Incredibly rude she snatched the cases out of my hand and when I gave her the money she held it in such a way you would have thought it was contaminated with something deadly then chucked them on the counter lovely customer service I don't think I'm quite surprised this place is still open for all the customers it looses

I'm not sure what to think of this place a second hand shop ,my only quam is don't punish the customer for your own stupid mistakes and maybe a bit of honesty could go a long way ,my honesty is your lucky its 3 stars and not 1 star

Wouldn?t buy my item due to a but of dirt on the plug adapter that they passed off as ?mould?. It wasn?t mould and cleaned off fine anyway and it works fine. Then didn?t give back my HDMI cable so I had to go all the way back there to get it back. Looking at some other reviews, I don?t know what they expect from second hand items especially when they work perfectly... Feels a bit scammy. The price they pay is also dire so I think I got lucky with my refusal of sale.Two stars because the staff are very friendly.
