My go to coffee shop always! Drinks are always so tasty and refreshing, the cakes are very good too. Especially the Belgian chocolate cheesecake! Staff are always very kind and care for their customers. I visit atleast a couple times a week, cannot go without Caffè Nero?s iconic iced latte. Xx

I absolutely loved the iced pistachio latte and the millionaire hot chocolate?both were pure indulgence and tasted like heaven! The balance of flavors was perfect, rich and satisfying without being too sweet. The barista was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure every customer felt taken care of. It?s little touches like that which make all the difference.

The food looked amazing but I only had a coffee.
It was so bitter I had to just leave most of it and it has left a very unpleasant aftertaste. Maybe the machine needs a clean or something. The staff were very efficient an friendly ...shame the coffee was so awful.

Staff are friendly and efficient. The front section looks out onto the Broadway, being light and airy, with easy furniture. Plenty of space at the rear. Tables and chairs are placed outside.

Nice cosy place with comfy seating, place can get busy though and the baristas are not the quickest. Overall a nice place with friendly staff.

Great coffee however the teaspoons worth filthy. Used the wooden stairs because they were just too dirty to use.

We have dogs and we struggle with nice places! We love nero as it always welcome dogs and atmosphere and service always top notch!

The worst coffee I've ever had! Yesterday morning I asked for a small latte take away which cost £3.65, the coffee I have been served was terribly hot , the coffee seemed to have been burn , the milk wasn?t creamy at all but it was frothy with few bubbles, it looked like she had struggled to make that coffee
About the atmosphere , I don?t like the grey earthy colour of that floor that gives the impression it can never be cleaned.
Every time I've been there I have always found chairs or tables piled up one on top of the other and long lines of people except of early in the morning .

Clean & Tidy, food is generally of a good quality. I sometimes visit early mornings to grab a breakfast yogurt from the fridge, so looking to pay and go quickly on my way to work. The only problem is that the service is so slow! I sometimes think twice about going in or put down what I picked up. Although there are sometimes two staff, one is usually busy doing something else or collection orders, so this leaves 1 person with a long line of customers being served one by one, each coffee taking a while to make. Such a shame, as they haven't quite got it right like Starbucks or Pret. As always working with a minimum staff. Even the 3rd person (Who would be the 2nd person) would make a difference.

Staff are lovely, coffee nice but omg I never experienced such a slow service ever in my life . I come here once a week last 3 months and it usually takes over 10mins to get a coffee even with only 2 people in front of me ordering one coffee each ? never again I dare to ask for extra napkin - took a whole minute to turn around to grab one?.

Lily makes my day! She is the most joyous human, makes perfect coffee and brings a smile to evert person she serves face - I'm sure she is the reason most people go there
