I had 15 minutes waiting for a bus so I popped in an ordered and paid for 1 item. After nearly 10 minutes there was no activity from staff members. I raised the issue and onehelpful staff member was telling the others that it was unacceptable that I had to wait this long. She informed me that it would be another 5 minutes and I had to leave without my food.
I returned the next day to raise the issue, I would've been happy to have taken the food I didn't receive, but the manager wasn't apologetic and stated there was nothing he could do, even when I provided proof of purchase and my collection number.
Instead criticising me for not waiting around.....

Can not fault my burger, but for the 3rd time of ordering from Bexleyheath the order was incomplete on delivery, phone number listed is not connecting.

We had a bad experience. Specifically manager he doesn?t know how to talk with customer. Closing time is 10pm. we are in 9:15pm but manager is shooting is closed. This is not the right way to talk with someone.

I ordered from Uber eats and waited almost 1hour 30 minutes for food. Not happy at all. I have also been to this branch before and staff have been very rude and unhelpful.

We ordered take away a Burger King near Bexley shopping centre the service was good, but the food was appalling. The plant based burgers were all burnt both of them. The cheesy chips size were less than small there was literally no cheese on it. Bottle of coke was not cold. The large chips ordered separately were the portion of small not happy with it. Attached photographs.

I'll a disabled person by law they should have access to a ddisabled toilet but there were none and the services were non-existent signs on the counter telling people to use the machines no staff on the front counter not many compliments we heard a staff member being rude to a customer. makes you wonder if there?s a robot in the kitchen cooking because with no staff members

What a bunch of pig slop. Food was horrendously cold, order was wrong had to redo it twice, and I asked for takeaway but was given eat in. Staff look like they'd rather be at home and gave no interest in customers. Honestly though don't know what I expect for a slop of a restaurant such as burger king.
Will be back to complain again.
