Update 03/2024 - I can guarantee you won't find better customer service at any garage, and the team all know their stuff. Quality of the work is always spot on too. Highly recommend.Another review because these guys keep on coming through, managed to fix a sudden failure in my engine fan, kdo the costs down too, can't recommend them enough - brilliant.

Easy quick service. However, tracking has not been fully serviced due to the seazed bolt. Its mean they will not deal with difficult cases or they have no tools to deal with rusty bolts and nuts.

Would not recommend this place my car?s engine works noticeable louder after oil change completed also oil level was on near minimum level most likely low quality oil was used and not correct amount.Also my cars BMW Digital service was not updated onI-Drive system I had to travel back and notify staff.

Very professional and straightforward service from Jags and his team. Major service and brake fluid change was completed very promptly on my 3 Series and was charged the original amount quoted/agreed without any unnecessary additions.

Used them for the first time this week. Took the car in for a full service, coolant change, diff oil change, brake fluid change and replacing a charge pipe. Were really easy to deal with to get it booked in both by phone and over email. Very responsive and very happy to give advice. Also quoted to supply parts only as well. When taking it in the team were really friendly, talk you through what they're doing to make sure everyone's on the same page and timescales were well signposted as well as stuck to. The work was done promptly and when I came to pick the car up they gave me a full rundown of the car and were happy to take the time to answer any questions I had. They are very knowledgeable and give good advice. My car did have a few minor issues however I didn't feel that I was forced into making any decisions for work there and then, some garages can hold your car hostage on the lift until you get it all fixed! Their prices are more competitive than taking it to the main dealer yet I feel that the service I received and the work was 10 times better than any dealer I've been to. They also take the time to do little things like give the car a once over, grease up all the doors and put plastic covers over the seat, gear shifter and handbrake - it's things like this that make them stand out. As they're a BMW approved garage they can do all the things you need from the main dealer including updating the BMW service history, software updates, key reads and only supply BMW genuine parts. I can't see any reason why I'd need to go to a main dealer again!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

**GENUINE REVIEW** I had come to BM sport in Bexleyheath as a good friend recommended them to me. I called regarding fitting cost for a used BMW Catalytic Converter to be fitted onto my BMW 3 series which was stolen previously.. The gentleman on the phone was polite and told me to send the part over from the scrapyard which I purchased the part for. Although I wasn?t given an exact time I was told around a week which to be fair was ready within. On receiving my car back which was on a Friday bank holiday weekend just before closing I paid the garage and asked if everything?s ok which I was told the flexipipe still had a leak inside the system and needed to be replaced which apparently they do not do themselves and referred me to another garage which would do this for around £200 which was odd that this wasn?t something that they could do themselves? Most importantly once I got home and gave the vehicle a good wash and clean it was clear that my car had new body damages around the drivers door and bumpers rear and front. I called after the bank holiday once the garage was back open and was basically told that it wasn?t them and if I knew of the damages why didn?t I contact them earlier even given it was a bank holiday and the garage was closed?! It was apparent to me that this happened whilst my car was on site in a cramp parking yard belonging to the garage which didn?t take any responsibility for any of the damages to my car. More concerning was that the garage told me that they couldn?t sort out the flexi pipe issue which I ended up paying around £80 at a nearby garage to sort out which I was told by the mechanic at the next garage this was something that they could have easily completed. I?m really disappointed by the workmanship of this garage let alone additional costs to solve such a basic problem not to mention my car now has new body damages after many years of keeping the car is good condition.Services: Exhaust

Always use Bm Sports for anything to do with my Mini Cooper. Easy to park and a lot cheaper than going to a mini dealer. All parts used are genuine mini parts plus all work carried out is logged via the key which links up with mini so I?m a winner. Would highly recommend.

Spot on service must more professional than the main dealers woolwich and Ruxley BMW. The softop hood not closing properly BMW told me £2,500 for the parts only and manager told me no guarantee if it doesn't work I was so f-----g shocked when he told me that. BMSport fixed what they couldn't do. Regards to the tyres BMW main dealer told me tracking was ok after telling them my concerned over long period of time. I went to BMSport he put the car on the ramp wheel alignment machine, tracking was way out. The damaged rubber coupling which main BMW know able and gave me hard time in not wanted to change it until I told them what BMSport told me it wouldn't pass the MOT.THE UP MOST BIGGEST RESPECT TO THIS GARAGE?? ??

Had my Civic Type R in for 4 wheel alignment. Was given expected maximum cost before work was done. Was explained only front wheel alignment was needed and was charged appropriately. No fuss and no issues! Top service and friendly!
