One word....poor. decided to try Bella's nails after I couldn't get an appointment with another nail salon in Eltham, which I must add is far better quality than Bella's. The lady who did my nails was passive aggressive. Very limited communication even after my efforts of trying to have a light conversation, despite the language barrier. Her filing of my acrylic nails was atrocious to the point that I had to pull my finger away and tell her that she was far too rough. Even as I write this review my finger hurts showing how intense her filing of my nails was. She attempted to maintain the shape of my nails but showed very little intention of making an effort with the finishing. I'm not a fussy or overbearing person, but I had to tell her at least twice to review her work.
Sorry Bella nails but I will not be returning to your salon on the premise of the individual staff member who failed to represent your business in an adequate manner.

Best nail salon service received ever!! I got my nails done by June who made sure I liked how my nails were coming out every step of the way and went detail for detail from the inspo picture I showed her. These nails have lasted me longer than any other nails I have gotten, going on 4 weeks with all 10 nails, Thank you June!

We came in right before closing and asked if they would take us. I knew it was late so I was ok if they said no. They insisted then they rushed everything to the point where they were putting our bag on and pushing us out. Again, I wished they would have said they wouldn't take us instead but kind of expected because it was closing time. The reason I gave it such a low rating was because they cut me during the pedi and it got infected badly. Im going on almost two weeks. Never again.

My daughter and I went for mani/ pedis on Saturday 4/27. Today is Wednesday May 1st. Our nails polish both chipped. Paint bubbled. Not only that when my daughter was getting a pedicure they didn't put her the blue epsom salt. They put it for me and every other person in the pedicure spa. I asked the lady she said she's to young (daughter is 14). She didn't let her soak her feet. Cheap nail polish. They just tried to get us in and out didn't care for the quality of how our nails looked. I've been doing my nails forever and usually last me 2 weeks these barely lasted me two days. I will never go there. First and last bad experience.

coming in with an appointment doesn't even matter anymore. your time is not respected. i made an appointment for a full set for thursday 4/18 at 12:30pm with kamy. i come in for my appointment a few minutes early and i see a client with kamy. keep in mind, i was kamy's first client appointment of the day because 12:30pm was her earliest booking. so i clearly see she's working on a client and she's barely laying the acrylic over. i instantly become very upset because i already know im going to her some bs that something happened last minute and now i need to wait. this is the second time in a row this has happened to me. it's going on 12:40 at this point and kamy comes up to me saying it's gonna be another 30-40 minutes & if i wanted to just get my nails done with whoever was available at the moment so i don't have to wait. clearly, I don't want to continue with my appointment with anybody else when I obviously requested kamy in the first place. I proceeded to tell her no I wanted to obviously wait for her because that's who I booked with. It's so frustrating that your time is played with here. why book an appointment when that is not honored. so I had to leave and come back almost an hour later, and the client that kamy was working on was already very difficult asking for little details and being extra. So I came back and she still working on her nails and like I just mentioned her client was doing the most asking for every detail to be done with her nails, but kamy then told her, she had a previous client waiting and that someone else was gonna have to finish her nails if she wanted extra designs. This is so unprofessional because this is the second time in a row this has happened to me and they expect us to be ok with it and our time is being played around. and it felt like she was rushing to do my nails because she has other clients after me. It's not my fault that they don't honor the policy. If you don't have an appointment, you have to wait it should be simple as that. Because I know for a fact that other client was a walk-in and a made a big deal about the wait and they are fine with having someone else overlap with your appointment. Very unprofessional service.

Dont come here with an appointment. They never respect the appointment inceredibly rude that I have proof I have an appointment with her. Then they're playing that it was wrong appointment and I didn't request her when I'm showing proof. Incredibly rude staff and Lee is the only reason I still come here. There's been times I show up 15 minutes earlier for my appointment because I know they always give the person I get another client that goes into my time. My time is never respected here. I get appointments and I have to wait 35 sometimes 45 minutes for her to get to me when I always request her. I show up for the first time a couple minutes late and it's still not respected. I was waiting told to wait until the receptionist came to see what the issue was and I told her no because she's about to start someone else and I have an appointment with her. Then they said it was there fault because it didn't show I requested Lee. Then I told her I won't be taking the appointment anymore I have another appointment at 10 and I know the tech I always get takes about 45 minutes. She then tries to tell me when I do that again to request the person I want to avoid this. And I responded you just told me that even though I did do that it was not done because of the system how it works. My appointment was made Thursday. She told me oh it's because you made it yesterday and I said no it was Thursday.

Booked a pedicure appointment with Merry and didn't get the service as expected. Walked in and immediately felt super uncomfortable as she looked at me up and down. When booking a "Bella's gel pedi" it says you're supposed to receive a step by step package with cleansing & exfoliating but I received nothing but my nails painted. My feet never touched water, only dipped to wipe the dust off from shaping. The process took about 20 minutes. I could've spoken up to ask about the additional cleaning but I honestly didn't care anymore and wanted to leave because of how uncomfortable I felt.

Little Ms Yvonne, not only was not honest about not being able to follow a simple flower inspiration picture and almond shape nail, she also completely wrecked my natural nails by drilling them until they burned. This caused my nails to immediately start oddly breaking in a painful way. Super bummed about this past and LAST service as they were my nail salon for about 10 years

Was about to book in again and saw some of the poor reviews and it made me sad because everyone in Bella?s is always so friendly even when I was a new customer, they?re always transparent about their prices and I changed my mind like 5 times on colour and design while my nails were being shaped and they didn?t even get annoyed. They?ve got tons of pictures of their work on google and you can tell they?re able to do nail art; I think some people have a massive attitude and still expect people to be nice to them - they take a lot of time and effort with your nails here and are very affordable.

Had a bad manicure a few days before my wedding and Bella's saved me! My nail tech was professional and did an amazing job.
