UTTERLY DISSATISFIED AND DISSAPPOINTED. I called to book a facial with deep extraction. I was told it was the pro 60 facial. my focus was the extraction that?s wanted i wanted out of the facial. Turns out the session didn?t focus on that. They only care about giving you a massage like i wouldn?t have booked one if that?s what i wanted. I voiced my concern to the lady and apparently they don?t even do that, They don?t have the tools nor the capability to even give a subpar extraction. An absolute waste of time and money. Won?t recommend.

Just had another lovely massage by Vicky who is brilliant at all the treatments that she does would highly recommend her, you come out so relaxed and feel so much better than when you went in , this has been my Happy place for years, love Sally who books all of our fantastic treatments she?s so friendly and really welcomes everyone , I look forward to see her everytime, I wouldn?t go anywhere else and all the treatments are worth Every penny x

Visited here for a Crystal Clear facial. I was hoping for some relaxation but it ended up being the opposite of relaxing. Left the salon with sensitive eyes due to the UV light and my hair covered in mask. I would not recommend at all.

Loved the ease of parking as no restrictions. The beauty parlour is well laid out with a designated zone for massages. Their treatments are of excellent quality. I had a microdemabrasion facial combined with a mask, and Louise was professional and courteous to my needs. Overall a lovely rounded service in a clean environment

I visit the Salon as my Osteopath works from there on Fridays. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always engage even though I am not their client. I mentioned this to two friends who now go there for treatments. A friendly welcome makes all the difference. Keep it up ladies.

Had a pro skin facial yesterday with one of the beauticians, unfortunately I can?t remember her name but made me feel very relaxed and was professional. The lady on reception was also friendly and welcoming.
