After a sale fell through with an online estate agent, I turned to Carl, Sharon and the team at Anthony Martin as I was emigrating and needed to sell the house before leaving. They were fabulous all the way, and with competive pricing house was under offer immediately and competed in under 4 weeks. Also Amelia, the sales progressor was amazing at getting things done and making sure everyone was on same page.

Great service from Carl, Sharon, Amelia, and the team at Anthony Martin.Carl?s valuation was very competitive, he was very well prepared when he visited for the valuation and was confident he could get a sale, the fact he was so well prepared was the deciding factor in choosing him to sell our house.We had one open day and from this we had two offers, one of which we accepted.Both Carl and Sharon were available as needed after the sale was agreed, as was Ameila once the sale had been passed to her for progression.Would be happy to use them again.

I had Antony Martin sell my flat and I can categorically say this wouldn?t have got over the line without the help of Kristine from Antony Martin, throughout the sale.She was on the ball the whole times working all hours just to complete my sale.I would massively recommend Antony Martin as all the sales staff were very helpful when I spoke to them and all were up to date with my sale process and happy to help.

Truly exceptional service. Throughout a difficult sale the staff at Anthony Martin were excellent and supportive. Nothing was too much trouble and they continued to go the extra mile until we conquered the legal difficulties. A special mention must go to Sharon who was outstanding throughout. Highly recommended.

Sharon Newnham is so helpful and supportive with the buying and selling process. Sarah Reid in progressions was also great ensuring everything was done to a deadline. Would definitely use Anthony Martin in barnehurst again if needed.

Joe is an asset to the team - our sale was extremely complicated and he was always there on hand to diffuse the situation and rectify the problem. Great experience from start to finish. Approached the Estate Agent way before deciding to sell and they were more than happy to take some pictures and put them on file ready to go. When we were ready, we were on the market within 48 hours and sold within a week. All staff were very friendly, open and approachable. Would absolutely recommend.

Sharon has been AMAZING!It took 11 months to sell and purchase due to so many outside influences. Without Sharon we know that our chain would have collapsed a long time ago.Sharon was always reachable, and was constantly working hard to resolve things for everyone, even when she was off! Well what can we say, theses guys are the best, from viewing the property & moving in took just 8 weeks. Everything was all stress free & so easy. We are very pleased with our home purchase through Anthony Martin Barnehurst Estate agents. I know it sounds cliché saying their sales staff went above and beyond in client care, but they really did a wonderful job. Joe and Tammy were excellent at keeping us informed and was a pleasure to work with. What makes a company great is their people and we can honestly say Anthony Martins Barnehurst branch has great professionals. Last but not the least, Joe suggested their mortgage advisor, Pamela Freeman. We have already worked with an independent mortgage advisor and had a mortgage in principle through them. It was fairly a good deal and we were initially reluctant to change it thinking Pam won?t find a better deal than the current one. Oh boy, we are glad we went ahead with Pam. Not only she got much better mortgage deal, she was an absolute delight to work with. Very meticulous, straight to the point, with a personal touch and just full of positive energy.
