We ordered some designer swimwear online which was lovely but unfortunatly it didnt fit ... returning was made simple and village kids where very helpful with my querys and they have good customer service. All the best to you and your team!!

Have purchased many many items from Village kids, not once have I had a problem, I?ve received e- mails to say item is ready to be picked up or a personal phone call, very charming staff, I live local so I tend to pick up, but have on the odd occasion have had items posted, keep up the good work Village kids, that?s why you?ve been in business for 30 years

What a lovely find this hotel was. We booked last minute as we were visiting our son for the weekend. I was contacted by the owner the afternoon of our arrival to confirm all the check in arrangements as we were arriving late, he also gave us restaurant recommendations. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was beautiful and had lovely fresh bed linen and towels as well as plentiful tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is right in the centre of Bexley with lots of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. A really lovely family run hotel with such a personal touch, will definitely return.

Village Hotel met our needs perfectly. After a graduation delayed by a year suddenly happening, all the hotels in the immediate vicinity to the ceremony were fully booked. However, we were lucky to find this place, just 9 minutes drive from the graduation venue - and with much more to offer locally. We arrived Friday night, checked in, our 3 girls had a wonderfully large family room, and my Husband & I weren't on the same floor BUT I had previously said that if it was a choice of best suited rooms vs being next door - we'd prefer the best rooms, not location! We then went for great cocktails in the pub next door & dinner in a restaurant further down. We were spoilt for choice. The owner Lucky is always reachable by phone if you have any questions, the hotel is very clean & following covid protocols, nice touches like ironing boards & irons left in communal areas if required, and has only been able to reopen recently since lockdown. My fault that I didn't spot that there wasn't any car parking. However, the large public carpark has a 24 hour parking facility for under £10, spaces are large, and there is a walkway directly across to the hotel. There was a bit of noise from the live music pub opposite, however, we were back in our rooms relatively early Friday evening and if we hadn't had such an early start the following morning - we'd have been in there! Certainly a business that deserves lots of support.

Excellent rooms and although there is no bar or restaurant at the hotel, The hotel is literally right in the centre of Bexley village and therefore you are spoilt for choice with excellent pubs and Restaurants. Everything from Cafes, Coffee house, pizza, fish and chips , Chinese, Indian or Italian there is an excellent quality choice across the board for everyone. The rooms are priced much better than the likes of Marriotts or Holiday inn with effectively a far superior range of food and drink on the doorstep. The Hotel have also arranged discount deals with a lot of the local establishments and therefore you get quality food and drink at a knockdown price. Parking is also no problem as there are 2 large car parks within a 100yards of the hotel and even with the parking charges of a few quid you are still getting a far better financial deal than the likes of Marriott or Holiday Inn.

So pleased with the brilliant service I received from Sarah at Village Kids after placing an order online. My order was dispatched quickly and when I had a few queries regarding an exchange all responses were fast and so helpful. Highly recommended!

Always a pleasant experience ordering from Village Kids, everything arrives on time and excellent condition. I have also been to the store a couple of times and the staff have been helpful and friendly. 10/10 all round!!

FAKE ITEMS PLEASE AVOID, Item arrived, looked FAKE, this is not my first time buying designer for kids so I could tell - really thin poor quality - decided to give it a go and after ONE DAY WEAR and one HAND WASH very delicate hand wash air dry, both JUMPERs bubbled up badly. Wrote to customer service with picture who totally declined to take any ownership instead BLAMED me for not washing in the machine as the tag said but hand washing - BUT HOLD ONE I thought hand wash was more delicate then machine wash - VERY RUDE RESPONSE BACK FROM SARAH - WILL NOT USE THESE AGAIN - PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
