I recently purchased an Audi A6 from the Bexley Audi which was my first time using this dealership. The sales advisor was David Nkansah helped me with the purchase of the vehicle which he did an amazing job very helpful and kept me updated regularly throughout this process. There was small works that needed repairing re the bodywork damage which David promised me and was all completed as promised and also a full tank of fuel which was also done. David informed me the manager wanted to speak to me before I left in my new car who was very knowledgeable and helped me to set up my service package. Will certainly consider using again in the future. Recommend to speak to David if your considering buying from this dealership very professionally and knowledgeable sales advisor thanks for the wonderful experience.

First class service from Mia from Bexley Audi. She went above and beyond, cannot praise her highly enough. Communication perfect, every email I sent with minor questions she answered promptly. She took her time with me when I picked up the new car and came out with me for my first drive cos I was nervous and she picked up on that. So friendly and kind and she was patient with me with all my questions showing me all the buttons and set up my phone, showed me how to use the electric charger, all the silly things that you would normally get home and panic about.. thank you so much!!!! Getting a new car is a big thing for the customer and she still made it feel special even though she hands over new cars daily.

Highly recommend this dealership. Service provided has been superb. I was helped by Aaron and Berul. They keep you updated with every little step and process as well as explaining everything, especially as new buyer with the new plates. The service has also been super quick and getting answers within a short space of time and they go above and beyond with meeting their customers desires.

Five star Experience.I made an appointment for hire purchase of the vehicle with Mr Bedul . I received five star treatment from the receptionist to the consultants. Enjoyed the free coffee and biscuits. Mr Bedul explained to me the 3 choices and I chose one that suited my needs. Very quick and efficient service. Got my contacts e-signed within 24hrs. Got after. Care call from Aaron. I would definitely recommend BEXLEY AUDI TO MY colleagues .

I had a really plesent experience with Caitlin, she made sure I was aware of all the details of my deal, ensured I got the best price for my trade in car and pushed to ensure I got the best deal for my new car, she showed great knowledge and patience with me as i was undecided, but i now can't wait to switch over to EV, she even had the time to take me out in a non-presssured test drive to ensure I was happy with my choice.

We popped in Audi without a reservation and was greeted politely by reception and then waited briefly before seen by Mark Flynn.Mark was great in listening to what we were looking for and what would suit our needs. He used his knowledge of the car industry to match us with a vehicle. We also had the opportunity to take a look at one.He left a slot open in his diary so we could go back another day to test drive it.He was calm and patient with us. Not pushy at all. Very professional.

Dealt with one of the sales staff - MF - in the week. The deal offered was absolutely atrocious, see pic, wouldnt offer any reduction on the Audi S3 then the next day dropped the price by £700. The protection products added are well over the top. The responsiveness of MF was awful and I would not recommend entering into any dealings with Bexley Audi.

Received a good service and the staff is very helpful and professional but you do not get the price match even though on their website is stated that they do 100% price match guarantee.Kevin, Yosh and Arthur offered a very good service.The initial booking was for the engine oil, filter and DSG service but because the engine oil change was double the price what you get from the other garages I chose to go only with the DSG service.Also I did not get the car washed and I was disappointed about that too.

The customer service in this place was awful from the the general sales manager and the woman who sold me the car (Mia). I purchased a car here thinking I would get the best customer service and a good quality car however I was wrong. Sold me a car with multiple problems that I now have to fix. Would not recommend buying a second hand car here

Purchased an approved used Audi S3 through Bexley Audi and two months later there was a coolant leak. Radio silence from all members of staff at this branch - no one ever responded to any of my emails. I was forced to pay and have this issue fixed at another Audi branch.

I would highly recommend using this dealership I had a great experience with them. I was helped by a young gentleman called George who was excellent from beginning til end, he answered my countless emails and phones without any issues or complaints and ensured I was fully kept in the loop at every point. I can?t express how easy and seamless my process was.
