Such a shame. I used to buy from this station frequently and thought the starff were lovely but when I tried to return a faulty charger today the 2 lady's working there became very hostile and I was told I was lying and all there chargers work. Simply not true. I was also told that "YES I UNDERSTAND ENGLISH" which I found to be an odd statement as that was never under question and was most probably used to make me uncomfortable. Unfortunately due to there short sightedness they have lost a customer permanently over £7. I hope you invest it wisely ???

When collecting a parcel from this establishment I was not greeted in a friendly manner and having stated my reason for being there I said to pick up a parcel and was asked if I had ID to which I replied what ID would you like. "Anything with a photo on what do you think" was the reply, to which I said that he was rude and that sometimes you are required to provide the card you used for payment to which he responded that a card was not a form of ID. This is not the first time I have experienced this lack of customer service, manners maketh the man, but not in this case . He is a very rude person and his mother should be totally ashamed of him.

Lovely lady answered and informed on how much diesel was left. Very friendly and kind. I will be waiting a bit longer as I'd rather get petrol when it calms down hopefully since everyone is in such a state of panic when there was no reason to be thanks to the media!
