My disappointment regarding a recent experience with Bexley Domino?s, which left me frustrated and dissatisfied as a loyal customer of over 20 years.
While placing an order through the Domino?s app, I selected what I believed to be the Bexleyheath store, based on my location. However, after placing the order and traveling to the Bexleyheath store for collection, I was told that the order was placed at a different branch in the city. This was quite confusing, as I had used the app with my location turned on.
I then called the Bexley store to request a refund, explaining that I was not near the other store, but the staff refused to issue one. The conversation was not handled politely, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Eventually, I placed another order from the correct Bexleyheath store and traveled 15?20 minutes again to collect it.
This time make matter even worsen, the quality of the pizza I received was extremely poor, there were hardly any toppings(no toppings), and it did not meet the usual standards we expect from Domino?s.
I am very disappointed with this entire experience. As long-term loyal customers, we expect better service and better food quality. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and take appropriate action to ensure such issues are not repeated.

The app wouldn?t process the order, after trying multiple times with different cards (and payment showing pending on bank accounts) we rang to check if it had gone through or see if we could order over the phone. We were told we couldn?t and to try the app. Manager was very unhelpful.

Lightning fast delivery this night. Half and half pizzas cooked to perfection and accurate orders with customisations on every half.

Always fast, always good pizza. Other takeaways sometimes take hours but Domino?s are always spot on!!

For the last four years I have ordered by phone as I'm dairy intolerant and can't have cheese on my pizza. Today after three attempts to order by phone, the phone was finally answered and I was told they no longer accept phone orders and to order online.
I attempted to order online but it does not allow me to remove cheese.
I went into the shop and explained my issue to the manager who stated I should order online and then call to tell them no cheese. I stated that was difficult when they don't answer the phone. The manager was unhelpful and unsympathetic.
The manager told me I could remove cheese online and didn't believe me that you couldn't until I showed him.
Very poor from Dominos around food intolerance and zero customer service.
I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.

Awful. If I could give Got an incorrect order (items missing) thought it was a bad day. Tried again tonight, now sitting here 45 mins no sign, should have been 20mins. App says delivered. Ring up no answer. Eventually they answer and say the app doesn?t work and it will be another 15mins been that already. Clearly they stack the orders up till they have a few and mass drop. Will never use again - not worth the money off coupons. Papa Johns next time!

I honestly don?t know what wrong with this branch of Domino?s but the food is disgusting. I would rather drive all the way to another branch and eat the pizza cold. Waste of money every single time.

£33 order and no drink arrived. Customer service at Store. Rude actually put the phone down on me . Will be contacting head office about this matter . Looking at all the 1 star ratings this shop needs training and a new manager
