My last ever visit . Crap work rushed not precise and no attention to detail. Couldn?t even communicate with the woman that was doing my nails as she hardly spoke English which I found very frustrating to say the least !!!!!!! And when I did bring to her attention the discrepancies she immediately talking to another colleague in her language! Totally unprofessional. I?m a qualified beauty therapist and I?m wondering where did these two women train ? I?m also a perfectionist I?m paying for something that ain?t cheap so I want perfect quality work simple !!!! I will never step foot in there again!

£27 for a painted french manicure on an 11 year old. The same 11 year old who had to sit through 30 minutes of her 'technician' and other technicians in the shop, telling her repeatedly that she looked 'too young' and was 'really, really small', 'much smaller than other 11 year olds'.
Not what a child needs to hear, when all she wanted on the day of her prom was to feel grown up and confident.
Unbelievably rude and totally unnecessary.

Disappointed, Booked in for BIAB infills. I don?t think they knew what BIAB was as took all my old BIAB off when I said I?m having infills, was told no this is how we do it. They did Gel and passed it off as BIAB, charged me £34!!

Top quality nails, I have acrylics with gel, been approx 4 times now and always beautiful and long lasting. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

I was visiting the uk and had called into another salon to have shellac stripped and redone. Long story short the (other) salon absolutely destroyed my nails. I called into Debbie?s who kindly squeezed me in at short notice despite being busy. The service was incredible - she salvaged my nails and I was overjoyed with the results. An expert service; quick, efficient and very keenly priced. I highly recommend!! Thank you again Debbie?s for fitting me in - you made my day!!! ??
