We arrived to find the bed was a mattress on the floor it seemed the legs had broken so they just took them off when they should have at least tried to have made some hooks out them because there wasn't a hook or hanger to be found you couldn't hang your coat up never mind your clothes, the toilet seat was loose and sliding... read full comment
