Kalpna and the on site team working on Saturday 23 August 2025 were a perfect example of going above and beyond! I am extremely greateful as I broke my glasses and lens and could not see but was able to be slotted in through emergency for contact lenses and training as well as an emergency eye test. I am forever grateful and hugely appreciate the efforts! Probably one of the best specsavers in service I have ever visited hands down

It was very pleasant experience. The store is clean, bright and very well presented. The team is exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional. There was no waiting time and all the processes and information was delivered with clarity. And in the end of the process I feel looked after and I have a fabulous new pair of glasses at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommended the Specsavers Opticians in Bethnal Green.

I had an amazing experience at Specsavers thanks to Maya. I am due to fly out and urgently needed to collect my contact lenses, but with my busy work schedule, I couldn?t make it in before closing. Maya answered my call, listened patiently, and understood how important it was. She went above and beyond by processing my order in advance?even though I arrived right at 6pm (maybe a minute or 2 late), she had it ready in her hand, just for me. That kind of thoughtful, caring customer service is rare and truly deserves recognition.
Maya showed compassion and made an effort that completely turned my stressful day around. She?s a credit to Specsavers and the kind of person who keeps customers coming back. I genuinely hope her manager sees the value she brings, because I walked away feeling grateful, relieved, and truly looked after. Thank you, Maya?you?re a proper lifesaver!

Friendly staff with great knowledge of their profession. Whilst I was there I noticed all team members taking calls in the same friendly manner. Nothing was too much effort.

Called beforehand with an enquiry about glass repair. On arrival staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. It is worth noting that Maya in particular went above and beyond to ensure customers were satisfied with the services/products available.

Not recommend, terrible service inexperienced staff, my glasses went sent with the wrong lenses then I had to wait they were sent back again to me with wrong lenses when I tried to change them. The staff didn't know what to do after I explained to them I could nit use the new glasses as they were to strong and giving me a headache I wanted to go down a notch but the staff were to incompetent to deal with a simple request. It's just nonsense.

Staff are very rude. When they know you are NHS entitled person, they give uncomfortable looks and unnecessary attitude.
