This might be weird, but I am writing to say, that I left my favourite thermos Starbucks in this pret, it was the end of September 2024.
I am going to London again and I thought why not, maybe you didn?t throw it away.

Pret is Pret whichever one you visit. Sandwiches are pretty good. Been lots of times but everytime I do, I feel robbed for how expensive it is for how bland their food is. I'm also so hungry still too unless I get multiple of one thing because the amount of fillings is forever so lack luster. So many better options out there it's just hard not to go back when they're the McDonald's of Cafes. They're on to a winner there.
Oh and the fact they charge a dine in fee is absolutely hilariously sad. I usually say take away so I'm not charged and eat in anyway - the staff either don't care or don't notice.

The staff are slow. Never ordering from this pret again! Placed an order which took over an HOUR to be delivered with MISSING ITEMS.

Might be the worst Pret in London. They sell fresh food yet no hand sanitiser available, no soap in the bathroom, and staff that laugh at you when you ask for either one.

Not enough staff for a Saturday afternoon! This was my worst ever experience in a Prêt. The food was great - just as good as usual. But there were only two workers on. Only one serving and making drinks and one downstairs in the kitchen. Unbelievable! This is such a busy area! Near Brick Lane and all the vintage shops. So many tourists here. It?s super busy. Come on Pret, don?t let your colleagues struggle like this. It?s not right.

If you love faulty towers and have nowhere to be you might like this pret, unfortunately I do not. A personal highlight for me was when asked what drink had just been made and slammed down on the table with no comment the staff member proceeded to open the the coffee, smell it deeply and closely and declare ?maybe latte?? You WILL wait longer than reasonable for your coffee, but if you dare to ask how much longer you?re likely to wait you WILL be aggressively told ?it?s obviously coming.?

Pret isnt what it used to be, coffee isnt the same since subscription started. The staff especially in this Pret are rude and make you feel like theyre doing you a favour. Especially on weekends.
