This business is horrible, it doesn't care about the neighborhood: their employees make a lot of noise late at night and early in the morning, pulling noisy carts, disturbing people's sleep, even on weekends.
This despicable behavior stems from something rooted in their selfish attitude, which is primarily concerned with making a profit at the expense of the people who live on Voss Street(back entrance for staff), who work 40-60 hours a week and want to rest when they get home - instead we are disturbed at 5-6am and late night, this is unacceptable.
Worse: the employer and employees of Nando's Bethnal Green have turned Voss Street into an open sewer, filled with their cigarette butts, sewage, and garbage = a foul odor, which in turn attracts insects and rats. This has become disgusting and unacceptable.
We're tired of these repeated violations and disrespect: in this regard, everyone who lives in the Voss Street neighborhood, including me (we've created a WhatsApp group about this), is taking videos and photos of the disgusting situation, which will then be used to report it to the City Council, with the assistance of our lawyer.

I've come in today for a take away order I've instructed the waiter a for few items i don't want in my order. Received my order as requested didn't want hummus with my meal as it was given with meal , the rice was not hot. Very disappointed with the service as they didn't instruct their staff what was needed. Won't be coming again

Today I went to Nando's and a waiter called Yusuf with a ponytail refused to seat us saying there ain't no staff to serve then he's colleague came and asked us if we are looking for a table for 2 but Yusuf told her not to seat us because there isn't no staff around it was only 8:30pm he was being so rude and unprofessional.

I had a great experience at Nando?s, and I want to give special recognition to Namit for his excellent service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything at our table was just right. He handled everything with a positive attitude and genuine professionalism, which really added to the overall dining experience.
Namit showed great attention to detail, made helpful recommendations, and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive. It?s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about customer satisfaction.
Great job, Namit ? keep up the amazing work!

What I liked most about this Nando's was the service, 10/10! I didn?t ask the manager?s name, but he was incredibly nice. You don't often find people in hospitality nowadays who are passionate about their jobs, so I want to congratulate the manager and his team for their amazing service.

Staff were so lovely and attentive. Service was really fast and just generally a great experience at Bethnal Green Nandos. Thank you to the manager Martina and Sumiya who served us and could not do enough!
