I dropped into the kwik fit at Bethnal Green on the off chance that they would be able to fit me in. I suspected a slow puncture. Yasin spent 30 mins trying to get to the bottom of the issue. Hugely patient, attentive and knowledgeable. A fabulous experience. There was no cost involved. Thank you Yasin and kwik fit.

I recently visited the Kwik Fit Centre in Bethnal Green with my company car to get some punctures repaired, and I would like to leave a very positive review.
In terms of punctuality, courtesy, cleanliness of the workshop, and speed of service, they fully confirmed what I had already thought from my previous visits: this centre is consistently reliable and professional. They are clearly very busy and always have plenty of work, but despite that they do their best to assist every customer in the best possible way.
I particularly appreciated the way the team handled everything with such efficiency and organisation. The workshop gives the strong impression of being very well managed, and you can immediately see that they truly know what they are doing. The whole process felt smooth and well coordinated, which is very reassuring when you are trusting them with your vehicle.
While Mohammed I Din, the centre manager, personally invited me to leave this review, it is important to mention that the entire team deserves full credit, because everyone worked together and contributed to the positive outcome.
So yes, without any hesitation, I give this Kwik Fit Centre in Bethnal Green a full 5-star rating. Thank you very much to Mohammed I Din and all the staff for their hard work and dedication. I will certainly come back in the future.

I was blown away by the customer service shown by the store manager. Wow what a busy shop and he was calm, polite and going the extra mile and some for all the customers. I was really impressed!Great service all on time and professionally complete.

All good except now that my car has been inspected, the 'inspection required" warning sign and alarm comes on every time I start the car which is very annoying. Also annoying is that I'll have to arrange and make a return trip to try and get this resolved.
