Terrible Experience ? Worst KFC Order Ever
I had the worst experience with my recent KFC order. The chicken was completely dry and tasteless, making it practically inedible. The food overall was underwhelming, and to make things even worse, all three of my drinks were missing from the order. It was a huge disappointment, and I definitely won?t be ordering from here again anytime soon. This type of service is unacceptable and I request an immediate closure of this place.

Usually love KFC, but my experience today was a complete disappointment. I placed an order late at 1:45 AM, but that shouldn?t justify the poor quality I received. First off, they forgot the 3 drinks I ordered with my meal ? I should have just gone with a single burger.. The chicken in both the Zinger Burger and the Double Down Stacker was overcooked, dry, and tasteless. To make matters worse, they forgot to give me the salsa for my ricebox. Everything was cold and felt like it had been sitting out for hours. I understand it was late, but the quality should never drop like this. Very frustrating, especially for a fast food place like KFC. Wouldn't recommend this location if you're looking for a good meal. Waste of £30..

The tables were not at all cleaned. When we asked to clean the table the staff said we have to wait 10-15 mins!!!! We had to clean the table ourselves. Tried zinger burger with pepsi which tastes good but the service was pathetic.

I got served by a dirty nigger who served me old chicken. I am a professional chicken eater and this was the worst chicken ever. Edit: i even found a worser chicken place than this. I didn?t thought that would be possible.

Today i went to this restaurant with my family, the staff were very rude,lobby was dirty,they serve us cold food then i wanted to change the burger, they took forever to make a new burger,Don't go there they serve worst food !!!!!

2018 The paper bag is dead because it got ripped off on it own when making my way home and the food tasted not good enough and the chicken is like your having a small portion on chicken in the burger or wings and it has too much crisp but less chicken/meat inside. It like eating 10% of the chicken and 90% of it is just crispy which is why it not the same anymore
Update 2023 their food quality gone dead as it not good as it used to be since before 2015/6

I'm sorry, but this restaurant is terrible and the food is always manky never fresh always making people wait so long. I'm not having this. They need to change ownership. You can't sell that food.

I am an every Saturday customer Today I went for food the boy was taking order so bad behave n doesn?t know how to pack the bag . Food was not properly cooked inside the chicken uncooked.fries not added salt lastly they added some pieces previous which they put saperat ly I will never go there. Got tummy egg
