Popped in as was in the area; found the staff to be very polite & friendly.
Very limited bakes and cakes; but sandwiches were well stocked. The drinks section definitely needed to be restocked. I was quite surprised as their was enough staff on site to keep the store stocked for customers

The food was okay ordered a sausage roll had to wait a bit longer than usual 10mins maybe there was short staff so that?s probably why, but yeah

Small shop but the staff there was quick and friendly enough. It's a Greggs, the prices are unbeatable and the food is excellent for what they charge. 5 stars from me!
Vegetarian options: Vegan sausage roll, Cheese and onion bake, Margherita pizza

This review is NOT about the quality of the food (*though I WILL say that Greggs food products will NEVER match the quality of the - sorely missed Percy Ingle). 112 Roman Road Greggs:
For just over a year now, I have been going to this shop to buy my morning bake and donut. BUT! For the last week and a half, I have been very disappointed. Every morning, when I have entered the shop, I can see and have been told that there are 'no donuts available', in fact... there are NO 'sweet treats' at all. The entire front glass display is EMPTY.
When I asked staff about this, they simply said "oh, there's a new driver." WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?! You have a SHOP that sells FOOD but it's because of a a 'new driver'? What does he not know where to deliver the goods?
NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
Also, I have to get this out of the way: the staff are and always have been SO miserable! One never gets a 'Good Morning' or a smile. The only words I ever hear are "cash or card?" or "scan your app." They look as if they are serving a life sentence! NOT good customer service.

Been quite a few times, the staff I encountered have been friendly, fast, and helpful. Then deals are varied and at a good price.

I pass this Greggs on Sundays and some Saturdays. 99% of times on Sundays it's closed. There is no note it's closed and opening hours on the display state that it should be working. Out in 10 times only once it was opened. Selection is small.

Donuts a bit sweaty in the packet of 4, lots of jam but not much sugar. Steak Bake Luke warm, shame they don't keep hot food hot, hit and miss with temperature and they won't warm up food
