East Cycle gained a new loyal customer in me. I dropped my bike off for a service and it feels like a brand new bike! Stah was very welcoming and professional with a tone of experience. I definitely recommend East Side Cycles to anyone looking for quality bike services. :)

Had a problem with the back wheel. Some obstruction to it. Tried to fix it at home a few times.Had enough and decided to find a shop but I was dreading what they were going to charge meTook it to Stah10 minutes and a very fair priceTruly grateful and now I know where to take my bicycleThank you Stah!

This bike shop deserves a zero-star rating, if only that were that option. I brought in my fixed gear bike because the cog had come loose and all I needed was a simple tightening, a job that typically takes just 5 minutes with two specialized tools. I was told that ?I'm paying for their expertise, not for the time it takes to do the job?. To my dismay, the so-called "expert" not only gave me some stupid advice but actually cross-threaded my hub in the process by turning it the wrong way. What started as a minor issue, now requires a complete replacement of the wheel. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

I took my bike in for a full service, puncture repair, wheel alignment and new tyre. Everything completed very efficiently and at great value. Superb friendly service and my bike is running better than ever. Highly recommended ??????????

Really like this bike shop. Stah has a great understanding of bike mechanics - amazing to watch him working on bikes. I have gone to East Side Bike shop a number of times, my bikes cycles like a dream after his service and is a joy to ride. His prices are reasonable and his knowledge second to none.

Had my bike completely overhauled yesterday after it completely fell apart after a lot of cycling and neglect. The work was done really efficiently, to a good standard and the price felt fair. Now riding like a dream. Hopefully won?t be back too soon but would definitely recommend to others ?
