It's interesting the read the amount of negative reviews I've seen on here. I haven't had an issue with staff here at all.I do agree the prices are not the greatest for a cash and carry, but I find them competitive on some items (a selection of drinks).I hope they take on board the criticism from customers and make the necessary improvements

The staff has No knowledge about stock..as i called for check stock availability so reception lady said we don?t give information over the phone you have to come overAs I?m in Wembley and i wanted to make sure that they have in stock before goWhat kind of case n carry isIf the not provide stock information how can customer can decide where to go and get there required items????????

Zero customer service. No product knowledge by any staff. If you ask for something instead of being honest and say they don't know they lie and say they dont have it i must have looked at another cash and carry!? Going there feels depressing but only as its close i shop there. There needs to be some SERIOUS change there. They are either always fighting each other or shouting in their language. Nothing good to say at all honestly. And who ever gave them 5 stars are either employees or friends or they never have shopped there and doing it for the sake of it. Im just shocked at how clueless the staff are. Even at the tills the ladies are even worse you dont know if there swearing or what but they really do not have ANY people skills. I hardly write any reviews but this was a must!

Always poor stock section, always poor costumer service by everyone, very slowEven i cant get leaflet from Bestway menager too, always saying i having got enouth monthly leaflet offer book, you look first make not then do you cash and carry! What that hell, tottenham Bestway mjsh better, hopefully old Trs cash and carry bought by Dametcha, after good luck to Hackney Bestway, may come back like Tottenham or bye bye to Hackney Bestway, ridiculous hackney Bestway

Bestway Hackney is part of Bestway Cash and Carry Group. Excellent customer service and nice and clean cash and carry/warehouse. They sell all products ranging from catering to grocery and confectionery to non food. Only open for retail and businesses. Facility of click and collect order. Open everyday.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terribly rude customer service assistant who made a mountain over a molehill over a tiny detail for creating a new account (email address and telephone number) which could easily have been amended on the application in their system. Instead I was met with an assistant with virtually zero people skills, grunting and moaning every 2 minutes and swearing under his breath.

They refuse to take pride in their neighbourhood. So much rubbish dumped at the back of their property on residential streets and no cleaning or maintenance!!?? It makes the space feel unsanitary and dangerous.

Called the shop at 14:39 29/04/2019. I asked what documents I need to be able to join. The uneducated fool who answered the phone instantly dropped the call and did not answer the phone again. I wanted to go to this wholesaler as it was convenient for me I live very close. I think I have had a lucky escape. Very rude.

The worst place to shop. Incompetent staff and management. Makes millions in a year yet using outdates systems. If you visiting make sure you have 8 hours set aside as thats how ling they take to process your purchase.

decent prices, wide range & convenient - with plenty of parking. Systems archaic - until recently they were actually using dot matrix printers, which I thought should have been in a museum.
