Food was superb . The view from restaurant across the Thames was fab . It was nice to be offered the choice of tables . The service from Ariane was exceptional and made our 21st birthday meal even more special. Especially with the cake , lighting the candles and a couple of freebies added in too . Thanks so much

I had an amazing experience at Zizzi?s Bankside, and a big part of that was thanks to Laura Straccio, the Assistant Manager. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome with her warm and friendly approach. She was incredibly attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our meal.
Laura went above and beyond to accommodate our requests with a smile, ensuring we had a fantastic dining experience. Her professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness truly stood out. It?s rare to find someone so dedicated to excellent customer service!
Thank you, Laura, for making our visit so enjoyable. We?ll definitely be coming back!

Zizzi never disappoints! The pasta was rich and flavorful, the pizza was perfectly crispy, and everything tasted amazing. But what really made our night was Juhana! She was so polite, cheerful, and made sure we had a great time. Service with a smile makes all the difference. Can?t wait to return!

Absolutely brilliant service at Zizzi Bankside, which really made for a perfect evening meal for us! The two hosts were both excellent, very helpful and engaging. If Zizzi could clone Ariane so that there was one of her in every restaurant, they?d be onto a winner!

A very nice Italian fresh air on the banks of the Thames. Loved the open kitchen and the design inside, the up view, the window straight to Thames. I had a new dish, pasta cu mushrooms and truffles and 100% on my taste, love it. The staff is very nice and always at your service.

We passed this restaurant and it was buzzing, so we returned the following night to try it out. It was fine - not terrible, not great. Food was ok, but my wife and I both felt the flavour was lacking - my arrabbiata had no heat or spice. The kids gave the pizza a 6/7 out of 10.
