Very odd staff often milling around blocking the entrance giving off a strange vibe staring at you as you enter and following you around the store as if you are going to steal something, the lack of training and customer service skill are obvious, if you want people to shop at your store try to do better.

This place is so bad I don?t recommend it from anyone to expended money here the stuff is sold and also the stuff is lying I just received one Welcher from My Son School to take free book from £1 and there no one to give me the book for My Son, which I receive voucher and I said to them to call the manager, I want to speak with the manager and someone come and say I am the manager when she?s not there from the customer service which is not understand how to speak English i?m seriously guys, I don?t recommend this shop from anyone I recommended the staff going to learning how to need to do it customer service in the market

Sadly,like most reviews here...this isn't gonna be great. Crammed as all hell,workers audibly made fun of my weight and appearance. Ended up not buying a thing and just leaving.

Extremely rude staff, one of them talked about me in a belittling way in front of me while I was paying at another till, she said stuff like ?she?s lying she?s not that age? and stuff to her coworker to which I showed my ID and said that I am the age I was saying and she then looked and me and said ?I didn?t ask you?.

Visited this branch of WH Smith which is located at Waterloo station. Came here on a Friday morning. Had a nice selection of books and magazines that you would expect from most WH Smith stores. Also had some gift cards which you can purchase and some cards for birthdays and events which again is usual for most WH Smith. Had a wide range of refreshments and drinks you can even buy a beer here not that you would want to at 10am but it was on offer. Had some snacks crisps and various other items you could buy. The self checkout was very easy and simple. The staff inside where helpful and friendly and the store was clean. Highly recommended if your in Waterloo and need to buy a drink or pick up some stationary.

Every time I visit WH Smith Waterloo, I am followed around the store, through the aisles and to the till by the security guard in there. Whether this is racial profiling or other harassment, it makes me feel uncomfortable so I no longer go inside if he is in there. His job is NOT to harass customers.

. BEST STORE IN THE WORLD!!!!!! Great staffs very professional, very affordable too. Will really recommend.
