This is a nice enough Travelodge if you get a room. Last night they overbooked, and my colleague was left without a room - after over an hour's delay (watching people check in after him) they eventually found him a room the other side of the city. I won't stay there again now - overbooking and turning people away is unacceptable, and the staff coped with the situation poorly.

Good location for me. 5 mins from lambeth north, Waterloo and Southwark stations. Very nice travelodge and super room was fairly big. Blackout curtains definitely were not black out!!! Sun coming through early in morning and if you are on the main road side it is EXTREMELY noisy from the road (cars and people are easily heard). House keeping were very keen on my first visit where they knocked on door 3 times before the 12pm check out time!!! But this did not happen on my following visits. Still enjoy it though, bar area is also very nice and not bad prices either.

The air conditioning does not work and they know , but they can't fix it , the service from staff was ok nothing special, the breakfast food was so bad the eggs are only powered stuff and all was warm to cold all in all great location that's it

I recently stayed at the Travelodge London Waterloo and was thoroughly impressed. This hotel offers great value for money and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, but what truly sets it apart are the exceptional staff and the unbeatable location.
From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and were always ready to offer a friendly smile and assistance.
The location is a huge plus. Being so close to Waterloo Station makes it the perfect base for exploring all of London's major attractions. You're just a short walk away from the South Bank, the London Eye, and many other iconic landmarks.
The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was quiet and allowed for a great night's sleep, which is so important after a long day of sightseeing.
However, a special thank you goes to Tarique from the breakfast team. On Saturday morning (order no. 79), he was an absolute star. Not only was he incredibly friendly and efficient while serving our order, but he also took the time to give us some fantastic tips on places to visit around London. His helpfulness and positive attitude made our day!
I can't recommend this hotel enough. The combination of a great price, a perfect location, and, most importantly, a wonderful team, makes it a top choice for anyone visiting London.

I was here in February. Nice staff, bar, the room was nice, even though quite small. Otherwise the location is pretty good if you are on a city break or vacation. The breakfast was very good totally recommend having it! To access the WiFi you have to pay not quite the best option ..

Total incompetence, tried to order food before the 9.45 deadline, manager said he would be back to take the order. We were left high and dry, totally ignored. Manager then came over to say only pizzas available after 10pm. It?s 11:15 and still waiting for food. Utter incompetence.

Amazing experience me and my daughter were well looked after starting at Reception being made welcomed on Sunday afternoon to the breakfast morning's very attentive and kind staff on shift who were Ellis, Sam and Shameda who were brilliant! A solid 10/10 to all staff at this Travelodge in Waterloo. Would definitely come back 100%

Adequate rooms, tiny shower. Good breakfast. Great location for Waterloo Station which was only a 10 minute walk away.

Spacious room that was clean, though short of a small refrigerator for water and juice. Secondly, had to walk to the reception repeatedly to enquire ,a phone in the room would have come in handy. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, professional and polite staff
