No water in bathroom for a full day! Not ideal and no apparent urgency to fix it. Went to work without a proper wash and came back late at night to find there was running water, but no hot water. This is so shocking and not even something you'd expect in a 'budget' hotel. I deserve something better for 1,270 pounds for 5 nights. Disgraceful. Chris Brown.

Please avoid this place at all costs! It?s not worth the money. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere else. The bathroom is filthy, with mildew and mold everywhere?something that could likely be avoided if it were properly cleaned. There?s no proper ventilation, and the sink is clogged and drains very slowly. The towels are dirty and stained.
The AC is loud and positioned directly next to the bed. There?s no phone, no tissues, and no extra towels of any size in the room. The front desk staff could also provide better customer service.
Stay somewhere else.

Sadly the hot breakfast buffet was stone cold and I had to pish it to one side.
It made the toast and coffee a bit expensive at £12.50.
The staff were efficient and the room clean and the bed very comfortable

rooms were okay, there isn't any hair dryer in the room, and we had to borrow one at the reception, which they also didn't have, there was also no refrigerator, the fans and air con was dirty, the towels were dirty, the bed sheets had random dust particles, however space was sufficient and staff were nice.

We had a superior double. Had a bath & lavazza coffee machine. Shop underneath hotel sold bottled water. Small bottle £1. Near Tate Modern & Southwark underground station.

Great hotel, super friendly staff, excellent location, awesome breakfast. Only downsidd would be the lack of ventilation - the window in the room doesn't open and the air con wasn't great, so the room felt a bit stuffy; and the hallways smelled a bit. But overall I found it to be an excellent hotel, and would definitely stay here again.

Bad. Middle of August, aircon not working. Shower water too hot can't be adjusted. Fire risk, no exit on 4 corners of the building, but just 2 stairs in the middle of the building.

Not worth the money! Wouldn't say it was a budget hotel!
Given room 508 overlooking the rail tracks facing the Shard.
Room was clean but bath was dirty, and with no bathmat so was dangerous when stepping out. Only half a toilet roll provided. The bed had seen better days, springs had gone and base was creaky.
We had booked unlimited breakfast and was asked what time we would like. We were therefore surprised when we got to the bar area, there was limited food. No sausages, no hash browns, no white bread, no tomatoes, no milk and the mushrooms were cold
The staff just didn't seem to care. We asked on several occasions how long the food was going to be.....45 minutes later sausages came out ,by which time there was no bacon or fruit!
Good job we didn't have a train to catch!

Good location and rooms were basic but was suitable for 1 night.
Staff need to cheer up and learn some customer service basics.

Why do the rebuild this hotel and have some really air then it not the right place to and the carpet and the stair are dirty as well and the fire door as not the best

No thrills but agreeable hotel. In a good location only a short walk from the tube station. Room was clean and tidy. You get what you pay for. Good value for a stay in London.

The location is great, close to shops and public transport, which makes getting around easy. Just know there?s no parking, so plan for that if you?re driving. The service is about what you?d expect from a 3-star hotel: polite and helpful but nothing fancy. The room was clean and quiet, and it worked well for a short stay. Good choice if you want to be in the center without paying for a luxury hotel.
