Great offices for meetings with a large number of people, the place is usually clean and well maintained, you can have your own coffee, drinks and some types of fruit. Do you have bathrooms with shower in case you go by bike . A great experience with good types of people

Don't expect anything from the company run by the tool that took down HBOS and netted a 4 million first year salary! Aswell as lie to its employees by making them redundant and hide behind the government furlough scheme. Avoid anything to do with them.

Firejacks Basildon festival retail park. Food clearly pre cooked and reheated . Was lukewarm, tasteless and was cooked nowhere near a chargrill as the name of the restaurant suggests. Orders were incorrect, coffees also lukewarm, ladies toilets didn?t flush, the online booking system didn?t work . Filthy hand towel by till. Manager on duty did not seem concerned about issues when I emailed him, just offered vouchers. SERIOUS FOOD HYGIENE ISSUES.. would never go back. Service poor too .

Visited the stoke on trent coast2coast on friday night. We frequently use the restaurant for drinks and food. On this night we used it twice. Firstly we used it before going to cinema, secondly was after. We had no problem before. We were served by a lovely polite young lady. How things changed in the matter of two hours. We returned to the bar and expected it to be busy. It was. We calmly waited. We waited for 30mins, watching other people get served and jump in. When I got served the gent who served offered no apology, I asked him a question on the way the staff serve and he just replied we are busy! On his return he offered us the drinks for free. This again lasted one minute. I offered to pay for them as I thought he offer was to generous. Four free cocktails! He then accussed my partner of pulling a funny face and removed the drinks. And threw us out into the rain.

RAW SEWAGE.
The Restaurant Group own The Filling Station on Edinburgh's Royal Mile.
The Filling Station's drain spewed raw human sewage into my back garden over a period of around 36 hours.
They have been aware of this now for 27 hours and have yet to clean a single piece of faeces from the back garden.
I have made them aware that the fetid pool of faeces is directly underneath my 6 year old daughter's bedroom window and that this is universally recognised as a danger to health.
There is currently between a foot and 18 inches of their sewage lying in a stinking pool which they have no urgency to clear whatsoever.
The manager at the Filling Station has been commendable in his dealing with this issue. Quite clearly his level of integrity is not reflected by his employer though.
How on earth people who are happy to leave faeces lying around have the gall to use the word "restaurant" in their company name is beyond me.
Shame on you.

Went to the Stevenage UK branch of Chiquita for lunch right at 12 o'clock on Sunday the 16th of October 2016 with my wife and 3 grandkids. There was no one at reception so we wondered around where to sit since the tables have not been cleared and cleaned off I guess from the previous night. The ones that had no leftover dishes on had been sticky from the previous nights guests I guess. Set around for around 15 mins nobody came to the table to ask us anything. Got up asked one of the 3 employees on duty for a menu she managed to find some for us.
Out of the 3 employees 2 were busying themselves at the empty bar trying not to notice us and one guy was carrying food around for the few guests that was there.
So why was this restaurant almost empty at Noon time on Sunday while the others had been packed in the leisure park??
Must be the service. We ended up not ordering anything because no one came to clean the table off, no one came to ask us what we do there, and the place was dirty dark and grimy. That was it for the Chiquita experience for us the first and last time.
Ohh, the food was very affordable for most families on the menu. If a family of 4 goes an easy 100-120 pounds for food and drinks. The food menu is confusing because you don't know what you'll get.
We ended up at Miki D for 23 pounds for the 5 of us and had a belly full of food and the grandkids loved it.
Get an effective general manager that knows how to run a restaurant and can motivate and keep good employees. Ohh, have a suggestion box for the employees too where they can anonymously let you know what needs to be improved and take it seriously.
