Directly opposite Waterloo Station, just cross the street and there you have it. OK spot to quickly grab something to eat / snack; big selection of cooled drinks for an affordable price. Staff was relatively nice, security just as grumpy as in any other store in London.

I?m a regular customer at Tesco, and I wanted to highlight the exceptional service provided by Afsheen. She is always so nice, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist make every visit a pleasant experience. Tesco is lucky to have such a dedicated and customer-focused employee!

Extremely rude staff. Asked something about a product and the cashier gave me attitude for absolutely no reason, awful customer service. Would not recommend to shop here.

Boycott, the store is full of thieves. I was double charged on the 2nd of February in which they told me a refund was on its way. I?ve been back to the store 9 times now because there?s still no sign of a refund. Rang up Tesco support on four different occasions only to be told that no refund has been asked for& to be told that I was lying because there was no record of my phone call, but there is a record on my phone showing that I?m telling the truth. Also I was called a liar because I was told The store manager would not give me his personal phone number in which I have texts to prove that we have been replying to each other in which each message basically tells me more lies and lies. Was told I?d get my refund back in cash, only to find out that Tesco?s don?t give refunds back in cash, so another lie from unskilled shelf, stackers. So I?ve been basically waiting 18 days now for my refund looks like I?ve been knocked? Full of thieves, liars and cheats.
Customer support has no knowledge of this so clearly the manager or deputy manager is lying or maybe all of them? has one of them said - £30 is three hours work for him ? so that kind of gives me the impression that my money has been stolen by Tesco?s employees but then Tesco?s don?t care, basically hung up on me and told me to get on with it!!!
I will not be back or spend my hard earned money at Tesco?s
There?s an old saying in the UK, you pay peanuts, you get monkeys it?s a clear case of Unskilled cheap Labour?
