Despite being a small store, this Superdrug is usually well stocked, which is a plus. However, the cleanliness is a serious issue.
For some reason, some products are often covered in fine black dust, which is really off-putting. I?ve mentioned this to cashiers on several occasions, but they don?t seem to care?or even acknowledge that it?s a problem.
What really shocked me on my last visit, though, was the state of the tester products?they were absolutely filthy (just look at the pictures!). I can?t believe employees allow this. There?s no excuse for it being this unclean. Superdrug really needs to step up its hygiene standards here!

Today, I went shopping to take advantage of a "3 for 2" offer. After selecting a primer and brow gel, I decided to try on some lipstick. I picked up a trial version and stood in front of the mirror when suddenly, a customer assistant approached from behind and abruptly snatched the lipstick from my hands to check if I was using the new product or the trial. Once she realized it was just a trial, she returned it to me without even offering an apology for her rude behavior. Her actions made me feel so uncomfortable that instead of choosing a lipstick, I opted for two primers of the same brand and left. Just to clarify, this girl had her head covered.

Went to sit in chair while waiting for my partner to select cosmetics. Was told that I can?t do that by the manager. Why? No reason. Just poor customer service.

Excellent customer service at superdrug London Bridge. I had been to the store and an hour later on my way home I could not find my phone. I thought I had been pick pocketed as I had been round and about the area,but I decided to call this store to check if I had left my phone there.I was surprised that they actually said they had my phone safe in store. I was very excited to be reunited with my phone. @Nazmus and team,thank you so much.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!Had my eyebrows done here and she took way too much off leaving me with short eyebrows that didn?t reach the corners of my eyes. I complained and got a refund but was treated like I should be grateful. She didn?t seem to understand that I?d rather have spent £12 and left with decent eyebrows. Customer service is shocking and eyebrow ?therapist? even worse. Do not go here!!

Suppplpsed to open at 7 according to google, lady walks out at 7:05 sees me waiting and then goes back inside the stock room.
Its 7:20 and noone has opened the doors, couldve atleast come to tell me they open later than what google says or something.

An absolute shambles.
I would avoid this place at all cost ! my eyebrows are uneven & completely different shapes to the other.
Very disappointed as I paid £10

Mahi came off lunch to serve me. She was super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!
