I visited this Starbucks yesterday and was taken aback by an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful response from the person at the counter. I offered to pay for my brother?s drinks, which is a common and kind gesture in many cultures, but the staff member called it ?annoying.? It?s frustrating to be met with such judgment, especially when it's simply a gesture of courtesy. While I understand that not everyone may be familiar with certain customs, it's disappointing to be treated this way. Basic kindness and respect should always be the expectation, regardless of personal experiences or cultural differences.

This Starbucks is in a very good location, next to the London Eye, and has very clean toilets

The toilet is broke even because i have special condition they didn't let me use the staff toilet,
In the middle of winter they don't allowed people to shut the door!

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks with an employee named Arvi. When I asked about their festive coffee drinks, he was extremely rude and acted as if I was supposed to know the menu by heart. His angry attitude was uncalled for and completely ruined my visit. This is not the kind of service I expect from Starbucks.
