There are very few things I find pleasurable in this life however my tiramisu iced latte is one I am extremely fond of. I requested such drink, and watched two perfectly good ones go to customers who had ordered before me, yet when mine arrived it was as though it was thrown together by someone who doesn?t have a clue what they?re doing nor do they care. However, I requested that it be altered as it was far too bitter for me, even though I had asked for minus a shot of espresso. I watched them pretend to fiddle with it and handed it back to me as though I am none the wiser.
Truly shocking and disappointing behaviour from careless, untrained and undeserving employees. Walked away and chucked it where it belongs, in the bin.

I didn?t catch the name of the barista but whoever was working on her own this morning (1 August 2025) at 9am was so so lovely and I was having a bad morning and she was so friendly and patient with my weird order. I hope this is shared with her manager. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service from jay and Jason, pleasantly surprised at the friendliness, willingness to go the extra mile (temp for baby milk).. especially in a busy environment to provide such a high level of survive!. Extremely impressed! Great job guys

The members of staff were very attentive and kind, but the prices are very expensive. Nearly £12 for an orange juice, a banana and a bacon roll. Crazy prices.

This small location is right by the London Bridge station. Super nice friendly crew, so bumping up to 4 as opposed to the usual 3 for Starbucks.
