Very bad service. The server looked at me with disdain and was rude. I left. I regularly visit the much more friendly Starbucks round the corner!

Poor Management or no management at all. Staff is very disrespectful specially when they are wrong ! Came here to get my usual matcha late just before I catch my train, as always it was busy, ladies who was behind me got served before me, my train was literally in 2 min , I got really stressed out , when I made a comment where is my coffe and why those forks are served first the boy just mumbled you are next but the woman was laughing at me - do you think it?s normal to laugh at this situation. Definitely won?t be back here again! Clearly this Starbucks missed all his trainings and need a new team who will respect and value all the customers and have a basics at least know how to apologies ! Shocking 6£ a drink and that !

Extremely disappointed with the service here. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and the employees here didn?t have basic understanding of how the Starbucks app works and were so confused. We ordered hot chocolate that was mere milk with a little bit of powder. Such an awful experience

Inefficient.
I ordered a small/tall Americano and was served in a medium/grande cup filled with water. I?m sure everyone who reads this knows how it would have tasted. Yes like dishwater. I?d never recommend this establishment of Starbucks for any of your coffee or food needs. Avoid it if you must.

Waterloo Starbucks is great, Khan is super friendly and welcoming and always happy to help if needed. I highly reccomended this Starbucks if ur passing through Waterloo on your journeys it's 5 Stars All Round! ??

First of all, the Google location is a bit confusing and doesn't make it obvious that the shop is inside Waterloo station. That's not Starbucks' fault but could be corrected.
I came for a caramel frappuccino and the staff member asked if I wanted coffee in it; when I asked whether he could make it a decaf shot he said yes but I ended up receiving a drink with no coffee - decaf or otherwise - in it, which made it far too sweet. Not impressed.

The staff is friendly, quick and very efficient, especially considering the volume of service they cater for inside a train station. But the pastries are average Starbucks quality. Pricey but not good. Unless Starbucks change this, it will be priced out by better options.
