Just a question, does it cost the shop extra money if the costumers want to use their Starbucks app? What is the reason that in this franchise shop you cannot use the app? I am curious and wanted to ask here first before I carry on my investigation ? is that something each franchise shop can decide as yes you can use it here or no you can?t use it at ours? Please enlighten me ??
Also, been there few times and it was not very good experience, besides loosing my loyalty points. It?s a shame, because as costumer you like brand that?s why you shop there and than one little franchise shop is ruining the experience. It doesn?t feel right.
