I went in there with my boyfriend because he was working late and we wanted to have some refreshments and asked for the menu because we were too tired and the staff were extremely unwelcoming. One of the staff ignored us and decided to give us attitude.
We weren't bothered to ask for a refund because we were too tired. And I should have as the hot chocolate tasted like sewer water and the coffee was too weak. I don't understand why starbucks employs people who don't have the right attitude to work as baristas.

This Starbucks was horrible it's customer service was inappropriate. The workers were unfriendly towards the customers if they don't want to be their then they should quit their job or stop being miserable . Very bad first impression when I went inside . Thinking I was going to have an pleasant day but a worker didn't even serve my drink properly

The woman working was pretty rude from the start and then when my partner went and asked where our croissant was they said it wasn?t coming and we weren?t charged. I said I was charged and after looking again they realized they did charge me and we?re just lazy liars. Drinks sucked as well.

I know you primarily do coffee, but for goodness sake ditch your tea bags and get some real ones !
I returned a tea in your Sheffield branch recently and got a refund, but stupidly got another tea in London - it was dishwater, and I squeezed the bag to death !

Stopped here for an early coffee waiting for the Tate to open. Friendly staff and the coffee was good . I didn?t eat anything so I can?t comment on that but had an enjoyable experience.

I visited this coffee shop last week and I saw the horrible management in the shop. I visited on Thursday in the evening and there was a guy working micro- managing and being very authoritative on this 2 lady colleagues working in the same place. I didn?t like the way he was talking to them which made my coffee drinking experience not very good and very uncomfortable too.
Please look into this matter

Well I didn't like the drink I got but the service was lovely, the person that gave us our drinks was so nice and friendly which is one of the most important things.
