I don?t write this lightly, but I genuinely left questioning whether my appearance or ethnicity played a role in the way I was treated. When you?re neither white nor Black and everyone else is getting smiles and warm service while you?re met with cold, dismissive energy, it?s hard not to wonder.
I urge the management to check CCTV footage if available?not just for fact-checking, but honestly, as a much-needed tool for staff training. Respect and professionalism should be for every customer, not just a select few.

Hani and Robert and the other Hani are fantastic, invaluable members of staff. They all deserve a raise. Well done and I'll see you again soon no doubt , ?

I ordered a croissant at 8 am, but I didn't have breakfast I asked them to warm it up. I waited 7 minutes not only to be named Alex, but they didn't even warm my croissant

Asked for a medium coffee. Saw Anne charge me for a big one. Ignored it, not too fussed could?ve used a big one anyone. Anne then proceeded to tell barista to make me a medium anyway. Didn?t want to argue as in a rush. They just lost a regular customer - I just started work in the building next to them.

I ordered a coffee latte and waited more than 10 minutes! The guy was even ask for what you waiting for! After I said I ordered coffee latte he even didn?t apologized the he forgot! Very RUDE!!!

It's not my favourite starbucks. The atmosphere was strange. No fault of staff who were really lovely. I just think it could be better looked after maybe.
