Avoid this store. If you want to buy fresh orange juice from the machine you will see dirty bottles already used with juice inside and rest of them with water. They are reusing the bottles wich is against of any customer protection laws, hygiene and safety food and drinks.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of your staff members, called neyar ,whose behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful.
Upon entering the store, I noticed the staff member in question wearing headphones and speaking loudly in a different language, which I found inappropriate given his duties. Despite my attempts to gain his attention at the till, he seemed oblivious to my presence and only begrudgingly approached after I called out to him.
When I politely requested a purchase, he responded rudely and with a dismissive attitude. Despite my efforts to address his demeanor calmly, he proceeded to exhibit further hostility by shouting within the store. This behavior was not only unacceptable but also made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer.
Regrettably, I had to escalate the situation by requesting the presence of the manager. While the manager was understanding and offered apologies, the staff member continued to behave aggressively, even in front of his superior.
As a frequent and loyal customer of your store, I am deeply disappointed by this experience. I am particularly troubled as someone who holds a managerial position myself, understanding the importance of maintaining professionalism and providing excellent customer service. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior from a member of your staff, especially given my significant patronage to your establishment.
I trust that you will take appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that all staff members uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service expected of your store. I hope that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I?m very happy to see a store like this, because of the hygiene and store is very clean and tidy.One can see how store colleagues working by this photo.I know some of evening staff naming Akhil, Sachin, sharad,Naveed they are very kind and helpful.I have a suggestion for store if you keep hot food. I?m a daily costumer and this is my local store. I always prefer to do my grocery shopping from this store.

The store was already cled way before 11, i was there 5 minutes before and the store was already close they totally ignored me and they were laughing at my fave, i just finished work very late that's why i was there at that time, having them laughing at my face when i am a local customer was not nice at all, i really hope someone will take action

THE BODYGUARD DESERVES TO BE FIRED!!I?ve been living in this area and shopping from this Sainsbury for 2 years now. All the staff are lovely, polite and helpful EXCEPT the entitled security guard. First, he made my female friend quite uncomfortable by staring her down (which she ignored because she thought it was because of age verification - mind you we were buying Red Bull, whose required age is 16 and we both look visibly over that.) But then he proceeded to DEMAND she thank him. What? But then he repeated his demand. This man is rude, ill-mannered and probably has anger issues. And while we have no problem thanking anyone and always do, it was the TONE in which he demanded it that is unacceptable.As other reviewers have detailed and as I myself have seen on numerous occasions, this man is neurotic, ill-mannered and has anger issues. Not only is he a threat to the customer experience but also to customer safety. AND THEREFORE, I DEMAND THIS BODYGUARD BE FIRED FROM HIS JOB!!

Today I overhead the female manager have a heart touching conversation with someone who barely knew the city. She made the customer feel very welcome and at home.. she give clear instructions to her employees and can see she's respected by all.. she deserves the highest position in Sainsbury's or should be training senior managers.. I just found my new favourite local shop..

Took my NEWBORN baby with me to grab a few essentials and the security guard was screaming that my newborn baby should be wearing a face mask. What lunacy is this?? Mind you, I WAS wearing a mask but babies do not need to wear them by law, it seems like he had nothing better to do. This behaviour is abhorrent and should not be tolerated. Educate your staff and get a better security guard who actually knows how to do his job rather than play pretend believing he's law enforcement. What a shame Sainsbury.
