Reading through the reviews it's mad how little has changed. Got to the point that I absolutely avoid this place to escape having to wait 10 mins + for any approvals on the self checkout. Not to mention that if you line up for the till instead they will complain that you could have gone to the self checkout and waited.... read full comment

Rude, obstructive and confrontational.
