This place is NOT open 24/7 like the door suggests
It closes on Saturday night 23.50 or earlier. Doesn't open till 2 am on Sunday.
They lie about their hours on the door. This is false advertising and not compliment with customer rights.
If they would say 24/6 I would accept it.
If someone wants to sue in a class action I'm happy to join, contact me.

Been coming here for years. Smaller shop than most Sainsbury's locals but has all the basics and some great deals. Great to grab a meal deal or snack or sweet before you get on the train. Located opposite Waterloo station jubilee line exit. Staff are talkative and efficient.

I saw one of the best well organised shop and well trained staff members. The stock is well front up and I easily got my needed stuffs. The one of the staff member name Hema, she had been very nice to every customers. She helped me a bit to get my needed stuffs. She was very keen to help me and serve to customers. Much much appreciated!!!!

Rubbish for people who like to cook, typically aimed at the pre-cooked, pre-shredded brigade not local people. Over rated and overpriced and so very uninspiring on every visit!

I give it 1 star because the service here is atrocious, dont bother asking for help the staff are not interested, its like they hate the customers, rude or indifferent they seem to think customers are a bother, still sainsburys need not work the tescos next door is not much better, avoid.

Disgusting and unhygienic. The venue hardly ever has staff. It?s almost impossible to even buy anything as nobody is there.

This Sainsbury?s disappoints me every time I go there. Two times ago, I got a salmon and cream cheese sandwich and the salmon was GREY! Not fun. One time ago I used the Costa coffee machine and ordered the maple hazelnut latte, no syrup it was just normal coffee. The option should have been greyed out on the screen so I couldn?t click it - which is what happens when there is no milk.
Additionally, the self-checkout machines play up a lot.
It is also tiny inside.
