Good coffee price! They ran out of the special prices but gave me an alternative for the same price. Unisex washrooms with a code on the door which you get at the front. Lots of seating. Comfortable.

Poor recent experience which is a shame as at most Prets I've visited service is satisfying and efficient.
The lady in the light blue scarf checked my order and I was waiting for about 20minutes. She seemed forgot my order and I had a next schedule so I asked her about my order.
She said ?Ohhh! Are you still waiting? You should remind me!!? to me in angry accent.
Is that my fault? Why did she blame me?
She gave me the food as if she was throwing it at me, then disappeared without any apologises. Because of her, I had to start my morning in the worst possible way.

Poor recent lunchtime experience which is a shame as at most Prets I've visited service is respectful and efficient.
The lady in black shirt seemed disinterested in serving me and my wife during lunchtime, no smile or eye contact and no courtesy to give us a napkin with our food.

We checked in early in the Marlin Waterloo next to this location and walked in for a quick breakfast. The people service us were so nice. My toddler wanted to eat an apple and they don't usually cut apples but they ended up helping us. The place has ample place to sit and relax for a bit.

Pret A Mangerò is a brilliant intuition.- widespread throughout Great Britain- excellent quality of food- ideal for those with children because it allows you to have what you need with excellent quality and low prices.- excellent place to rest during visits because it has bathrooms, free water, tables to welcome families, fruit "by the piece"- self service without the hassle of the waiter- foods for the little ones- also excellent for breakfast in the morning- I recommend the hot sandwich with ham and cheese- I recommend the "macaroni" with. Melted cheese-Kid-friendliness: Excellent for children and free water from the fountain inside the points of sale

I got a surprise bag that included 2 pastries and a porridge for just 3£. I don?t like boiled grains, so the taste wasn?t for me, but that's just my preference. The staff were kind and quickly prepared it for me.Additionally, I tried to get a white filter with almond milk, but the staff politely informed me they didn?t have it and offered coconut milk as an alternative.The atmosphere inside was great?cozy, with plenty of available seats, and very clean. I?d love to go again.

One of the nicest pret that I have ever been. There are always comfy seats here.I've also noticed staffs cleaning and wiping tables as soon as customers leave.
