The most uninterested staff I?ve seen in a Pret. Queuing to pay when none of the staff are at the tills, all doing jobs around the shop with the smallest amount of drive, including not acknowledging customers. Not a good experience.

I was served by a woman who chose to ignore me, I requested a warm croissant and looked at my like im stupid, I requested again than she told me they don't do it. I didn't know they don't do this service like other coffee shops do, all she had to do was tell me first time. She than started speaking in her own language to another colleague which made me feel uncomfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by John (The Bald? ) at Pret Café, and I must say, he is the pinnacle of professionalism and respect. From the moment I walked in, John made me feel welcome with his warm demeanor and attentive service. He embodies the very essence of what excellent customer service should be.
It's clear that John represents Pret Café in the best way possible, setting a high standard for customer service. His dedication to his work and genuine care for the customers are reasons I will definitely return to this café. John is a true asset to Pret Café, and employees like him are what make customers feel valued and eager to come back.

I was racially discriminated against by a member of staff at this branch. I walked in and she immediately gave me a terrible attitude and was reluctant to serve me. After much deliberation, she told me I couldn?t enter with food from outside due to ?allergies?. She didn?t know what was inside the closed box. She shouted and dismissed me. I left but I managed to get her name. Her name was Jenny/Jen. I will pursue this until I get an apology.

They NEVER have the filter coffee despite many advertising boards saying "Filter coffee is back". The thing is all of the other branch will offer you filter replacement at it's price but this store does not. Remove it from your product list if you never have it!

Super polite staff. Excellent atmosphere, greatly assisted me by recommending what products to get as well as maintaining basic professionalism. The mozzarella, pesto baguette is terrific!

The staff and managers are nice people but rude. They treat customers like thieves. As soon as you open your mouth and say the word ?toilet? they jump on you in a very rude way to appoint of almost shouting (are you a customer, what did you order, order first, I didn?t see you here, no you?re not a customer?etc). The next thing you?d ask is why would you want to use the toilet! No one needs to proof they are customers and it?s very rude to interrogate someone in such way. It?s a professional area and customers should be talked to in a professional manner.

Been in the shop just about 10min ago went to the counter and give my food i got from the fridge etc and the guy at the counteri(spanish i believe glasses with yellow lents) defo do not want to work there as is been so rude and told me hes doing things his own way i need to pay 1st before he will warm up my toast he's tone of voice was horrible he shouln t be employeed, pret is a better place without people like him defo he shoud be fired as i work in customer service i never been as horrible as he is ,while i was waiting for my tuna toasty he behave with the rest of the cust the same way trowing the drinks on the countee not even make eye contact with the customer I love Pret but bcoz of his nasty behaviour i will not pop in there not even if i will be payed

Today in the morning I am having coffee, and when it was served I watched as the girl mixed cold coffee with? I just came out of the cafeteria, I claim that she acts Swedish. I ask for the number for the services, and the chubby girl who turns out to be the manager who pretended to be the one who didn't understand anything and is Spanish, tells me that we have to consume, to What I remind you about is coffee. It's a common practice in everyone's case but you don't see it. It's also a common practice to invite you, and to post favorable reviews?

The person that works there should be fired for bad customer service. I buy coffee from here 1-2 a week. Today I went in just to get some sugar as a friend was buying a coffee and he was INSIDE. The employee run after me because I took 3 sachets of sugar and salt+pepper.

What happened to you, guys? Second time now (decided to give it another go after last disappointment) I asked for chai latte and received something absolutely disgusting - tastes like you used old milk or dirt water and this time it actually made me sick. Real health hazard :/
