The most uninterested staff I’ve seen in a Pret. Queuing to pay when none of the staff are at the tills, all doing jobs around the shop with the smallest amount of drive, including not acknowledging customers. Not a good experience.

I was served by a woman who chose to ignore me, I requested a warm croissant and looked at my like im stupid, I requested again than she told me they don't do it.
